3. The purchasing process

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to C / Torners, 4. Pol. Ind. Els Mollons. 46970. Valencia. Spain.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 6. Liability and warranties

If the purchased product is defective, we will proceed as appropriate to repair, replace, lower the price, or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. We respond to non-conformities that appear within a period of two years from delivery.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it.

Please note that Thais D&J Products SL is not responsible for the content of any downloadable files, whether they are hosted on the Thais D&J Products SL server itself or on external servers, nor for the correct functioning of the plugins or software offered.

The company will not be responsible for the consequences derived from improper use of the products sold on its website.

7. Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased on the Thais D&J Products SL website.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Thais D&J Products SL at its email address thais@thaissl.com and return the product to the address indicated on the website.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by the consumer and the dispatch of the withdrawal notification before the corresponding period expires are sent.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly provided otherwise; in any case, the customer will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to us without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract is communicated. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the customer returns the goods before the period has expired.

The customer will assume the cost of returning the goods.

The customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.

8. Dispute resolution

Consumers will be able to submit their claims through the online dispute resolution platform.

9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This contract will be governed by Spanish law.

Thais D&J Products SL and the consumer or user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these conditions.
